Please describe your printmaking process.: A collagraph plate is created by using kitchen trash. Rather than using gel medium to adhere and create tone, I run the plate through an etching plate with heavy duty aluminum foil to create a metal plate. Inked with akua inks of various viscosities on Stonehenge.

As the wild and rocky terrain meets the rushing Anio River at Subiaco the intermingled layers of the pagan and Christian world are revealed.

Please describe your printmaking process.: Transfers are made from a glass plate as well as parchment paper. Hand cut stencils are used from recurrent shapes. Oil based cold wax pigment and sumi inks are source of color. Collage elements are added.

Please describe your printmaking process.: Two plain lexan plates (8.5x8.5 inches) were inked with different colors, and patterns were made by the subtractive method of removing ink with various mark-making tools. The plates were then printed in layered succession. Finally, trace monotype drawing was added on top in two additional colors.

Please describe your printmaking process.: A plain lexan plate (8.5x8.5 in) was inked a solid color, then a trace monotype drawing was created on a sheet of lightweight paper. The ink/image that was left behind on the plate (the "negative trace") was then printed with an etching press to another sheet of heavier rag paper for this entry.

Please describe your printmaking process.: I ink a plexiglass plate and remove ink in some spaces to make a pattern. I sometimes use masking tape to block areas. I repeat the process till I am satisfied.

Please describe your printmaking process.: These are 3-D monotypes on watercolor paper. Using Akua inks and a Takach press, I printed on both sides of watercolor paper and then wet-folded the printed paper to create three-dimensional monotypes.

Please describe your printmaking process.: I use a stencil process, inking up the plate first and then inking up stencils and placing on the inked plate. I used the ghost of the first image in both a figurative and literal way to represent the melting and disappearance of the glaciers due to climate change.
